POTENTIAL VENDOR: the owner and legally responsible person for your business will only be permitted to sign a hard copy of the contract. In addition, if any amendments are made, the owner must also sign off on them.
With that being stated, anyone representing your business during the contract period will also be held accountable to the contract and it’s terms.
The application/contract must be delivered to 611 S. Main Street, Summerville, SC. 29483. The private property owners will review your application/contract and once they approve it, they will inform you of the spaces they can offer you. If both parties agree on the space, the contract will be signed by the property owners and a copy will be sent to the business address on file.
Most vendors are approved on a first come first served basis.
